At this time Start Page Redirect is only available for Safari.

What if I want to use Safari's built-in new tab page?

Start Page Redirect will need to be turned off or uninstalled.

Start Page Redirect is not working when I use a Safari Profile or Private Browsing

Starting with Safari 17 you will need to enable Start Page Redirect for each Profile you use as well as Private Browsing.
